I’m Trinidad — an artist, chef, and certified nutrition coach with over a decade of experience guiding clients through transformational health journeys. My background includes raw/living foods training, culinary innovation, and nutrition coaching with a focus on hormonal balance, digestion, metabolic support, and anti-inflammatory eating.

That’s why our desserts are nutrient-dense and made with only natural ingredients — free from refined sugar, gluten, dairy, and anything processed. We celebrate sweet nutrition as part of a balanced, sustainable lifestyle.
